The Midnight Sun Fly-In Association will conduct its Annual General Meeting, followed immediately by a Members’ Meeting, on December 11, 2024 at 7:00 pm. Both meetings will be held in the boardroom at the Baker Community Centre, 5710 Franklin Avenue, Yellowknife, NT.
Members are hereby given notice that motions will be presented for distribution of the assets of the Midnight Sun Fly-In Association and for dissolution of the Midnight Sun Fly-In Association.

The Midnight Sun Fly In is excited to present its evening events... Friday night features a Fish Fry with music by Andrea Bettger and Saturday night is a Steak BBQ with live entertainment by Tres Hombres!

The Midnight Sun Fly In Association regrets to announce that Covid-19 restrictions in the Northwest Territories will prevent the hosting of a 2022 Midnight Sun Fly In. Leisure travel to the Northwest Territories remains prohibited with no relaxation anticipated over the next few months. The next Midnight Sun Fly In has been tentatively scheduled for July 6 to 9, 2023. We hope to welcome new and returning visitors then and wish everyone good health and safety in the interim.  The Midnight Sun Fly In Association regrets to announce that the 2021 Midnight Sun Fly In cannot proceed due to Covid-19 restrictions. The ability to welcome visiting pilots and aircraft from across North America is central to the success and popularity of the Midnight Sun Fly In. At the present time, the Canadian border is closed to international travel, the Northwest Territories border is closed to almost everyone except residents and essential workers, and a 14-day isolation requirement applies to almost anyone permitted entry. Indoor/outdoor gathering limits and food service restrictions are also in effect. The combined effect of these measures, while protecting public safety, render it impossible to host a 2021 Fly In. Now for some good news... plans are already underway for the return of the Midnight Sun Fly In in July 2022!  Planning is underway for the 2021 Midnight Sun Fly In to be held in Yellowknife, NT from July 8 - 11, 2021. Float, amphibious and wheel planes welcome.  Here's the Activity Program for the 2019 Midnight Sun Fly In! Tickets are still on sale for the Saturday and Sunday evening dinners and entertainment.
